Straight-up BASIX certificates for NSW
Getting a legally required certificate should not feel like pulling teeth. So we fixed it.
If you have ever tried to get a BASIX certificate, you know the drill. You fill in a quote form, wait a day or two for a price, then wait again for the certificate. For a document you legally need before you can lodge, that is a lot of waiting and guessing.
We do it differently. The price is on the page: $119 for a pool or spa and $159 for alterations and additions, plus GST, with the $33 government fee included. You fill in a short form, we assess it within two business hours, and your registered certificate is emailed the same business day.
