How it works
Your BASIX certificate, sorted the same day
No quote forms and no week-long wait. Fill in a short form, we assess and resolve the targets, and your certificate is emailed the same business day.
Paid before 3pm on a weekday? If we miss same-day delivery, you choose a refund or 50% off. Terms apply.
Three simple steps
1. Tell us about your project
Pick pool & spa or alterations & additions and answer a few short questions. For a pool that is the volume, heating and cover. For a renovation it is the work, materials, glazing and heating. We prompt you for anything we are missing.
2. We assess and resolve targets
Within two business hours we check your project against the BASIX water and energy targets. If it falls short we show you the simple changes that get you over the line and finalise a certificate you can build to.
3. Certificate in your inbox
Your registered certificate is emailed the same business day, ready to attach to your DA or CDC. Submit before 3pm and it is almost always back the same day.
One important thing
The commitments listed on a BASIX certificate become build obligations. They are checked at your final inspection, so what is on the certificate needs to match what you actually build. That is exactly why we resolve the targets properly the first time and include a free revision.
